Hi, my name is Cheryl.
    I  have a '92 Audi 80 Quattro and have also owned an '85 4000s Quattro.
I have been bringing my Audis to Crosstown Auto for six years.  I had
heard about Crosstown Auto when I purchased my first Audi and
decided to give them a try.  They specialize in German cars and I wasn't
about to take my Audi to a Honda dealer!!
    Doug Howard, the owner, because of his great customer service has
become a personal friend of mine.  I have been able to count on him to
help me when I needed help and he knows everything I ever wanted to
know about my Audi.
    I have recently moved the Sacramento area but visit Klamath Falls
regularly and still have Doug do any tune-ups or work that my Audi
might need.  Living in a town with no relatives, and friends that work,
it was hard to find help when it came time for any type of problem;
although if it was car problems, Doug was always there.
One example of this is when I had had an oil change done at one of
those "quickie lube" places and was left stranded because they had left
something loose on my engine.  With nobody else to call, I called Doug
and on his own time he came and got me on my way.
   Doug also has a great knowledge of my Audi and cars in general.
I have never went away confused or without an answer to any question
about my car.  The staff is also always helpful and knowledgeable and I
would recommend Crosstown Auto to anyone for great customer
service and workmanship.
