Name: Howard, Doug Job Title: Owner/Master Technician Over 30 years of Automotive Experience Certifications: ASE Master Technician Born and raised in Klamath Falls Oregon, Doug was introduced to auto repair by his Uncle, who helped him tune up his first car (a 1962 Corvair). He began his career working for a local Volkswagen Dealer where he received factory training in all VW technologies. Later, He worked at a Nissan dealership where he received extensive training in Audi, Porsche, Nissan, Subaru, and various other Makes. Then in 1989 he founded Crosstown Auto Repair where he continues to train and provide the highest quality repairs and customer service to his clients.

Name: Howard, Chris Job Title: Co-Owner/Business Manager Almost 10 years experience in Automotive Repair Certifications: B.S. Business Management A.S. Science Chris graduated from Klamath Union in 1998 and has worked at Crosstown off-and-on for 10 years. His love of cars stemmed from working with his father (Doug) on hotrods and weekend projects. After trying multiple careers including finance, he decided that the family business is where it is at. He graduated Cum Laude from OIT in 2006 with a business degree. He enjoys fishing, hunting, drag racing, muscle cars, and shooting.

Name: Watley, Shane Job Title: Service Writer 12 years Parts and Service Experience Certifications: Parts certified in GM, Honda, & Subaru. Shane was born and raised in Klamath Falls. He graduated in 1994 from Mazama High School. He enjoys Cars, Motorcycles, Hotrods, Fishing, Hunting, and Shooting.

Name: Ness, John Job Title: Technician 12 years Automotive & Diesel Experience Certifications: ASE Engine Performance ASE Engine Repair ASE Brakes ASE Manual Transmission John attended Portland Community College where he completed the Diesel Program. Born and raised in Portland, John grew up loving cars. He spends most of his time working on his and friend's Mitsubishi Tuners. He also enjoys shooting and Nascar.

Name: Green, Charles Job Title: Technician 30 years experience in automotive repair Originally from Oroville California, Charles attended the Gavlin Community College where he went through the Automotive Program. Ever since he has been repairing and tuning cars. He enjoys hotrods, Nascar, and Microbrewing.
