If you have a problem, call and let our service manager know the symptoms your car is experiencing. |

Bring the vehicle by our shop ,when possible, while the problem is occurring ,or allow us to check the vehicle at your earliest convenience. |

We will inspect and road test the vehicle with you if
needed ,and if it is necessary to keep the vehicle
longer, deliver you back to your home or workplace. |

Remember, we keep all of your repair records on file
so it is not necessary to bring copies of your invoices. |

Warranty
Crosstown Auto Repair will warranty all repairs for
1 year or 12,000 miles from the date on the repair invoice.
This warranty extends to defective parts and workmanship,
provided the vehicle has been maintained in accordance
with factory recommended scheduled service.
Crosstown Auto Repair will not warranty used parts
or parts not purchased from Crosstown Auto Repair.
Crosstown Auto Repair will only warranty parts and
labor and will not be held liable for incidental damages
beyond the defective parts or workmanship.
